Padlet Reviews

I like how easy Padlet is to share with other people, but the access settings have tripped up my team a few times. The links and privacy options aren’t always super clear, so we’ve had to double-check who can actually view or edit things. Has anyone else run into this?

Padlet looks clean overall, and the colors are, uh, easy to look at for the most part. I like that the boards have some personality and don’t just feel blank or boring.

That said, once you start adding a bunch of posts, things can get messy quickly. A few buttons and menus also feel a little tucked away, so it’s not always the smoothest to use visually.

I feel safe using it, the privacy settings are easy to understand and my students data feels under control. Haven’t had any weird issues with it so far

The free plan is actually usable, which is more than I can say for a lot of services that claim to have a “free” option. The limit feels fair, and if you do need to upgrade, the paid plan is cheap enough that it doesn’t feel like some dramatic commitment.

I mostly care about whether my Google Drive and Teams links open without a hassle, and this handles that really well. I haven’t dug into every feature, but for the stuff I use in class every day, it saves me time.

This has made working with my team way less messy. Everyone can drop in ideas quickly, and the comments make it easy to keep people in the loop. Whoever runs this really knew what they were doing.

I started using Padlet to share ideas with my class, and I wasn’t sure at first if it would be one of those tools that takes forever to figure out, but it was actually really simple. I just made a board and started adding things without much trouble. Uploading pictures, links, and little notes was easy too. I like that it doesn’t feel too cluttered or overwhelming. I mean, I’m still figuring out a few things here and there, but for quick group work, it’s worked really well

I’ve been using padlet for class, and it’s been reliable. Pages load fast for me, even when there are a bunch of posts and images on the board. I haven’t run into crashes or random downtime yet, which is a relief. A few people in my class seem to be using it without issues too, so I’m guessing it’s not just me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using Padlet with my students for quick class posts, brainstorming, and sharing ideas. In general, it works well, and I appreciate that it gives quieter students an easier way to participate without having to speak up in front of everyone.

That said, it can get a bit chaotic when the whole class is posting at the same time. Some students also get mixed up about where to add their responses, so I usually have to give clearer instructions than I expected.

Overall, I’d say Padlet is a useful tool for classroom engagement, especially for simple activities. It’s not flawless, and I probably wouldn’t rely on it for anything too large or complex, but I’ll definitely keep it in my teaching toolkit

I had a problem with my account settings so I reached out to Padlet support and they got back to me the next day and fixed it without making me go through a ton of back and forth, which I appreciated, the answer was clear enough too, I just kind of wish it had been a bit quicker. Overall it was a good experience and the person actually sounded nice, not like one of those copy paste support replies...

I just upload my files and it works like it should. Haven’t had to mess around much, which is nice.
